Sand ceremony

Today, this relationship is symbolized by the pouring of these two individual glasses of sand.

The blue sand represents you April and all that you were, all that you are and all that you will ever be.

The green sand represents you David and all that you were, all that you are and all that you will ever be.

While these two colours are poured into the vase, the individual colours will no longer exist, but will be joined together as one.

 

Just as these grains of sand can no longer be separated and poured into another vase, so will your marriage be.
