As they have spent time together their love and understanding of each other has grown to the point that they have now decided to commit to each other in marriage. Choosing to live the rest of their lives together as husband and wife.

___________ and ___________, nothing is easier than saying words, and nothing harder than living them out day after day. What you promise to each other today must be renewed tomorrow and the next day and the day after that and so on.

When you walk out of here today legally you will be man and wife, but you still must decide each and every day that lays before you, that you want to be married. The contract of marriage is written on paper, whereas the act of marriage is written within the heart.

Real love is beyond having the warm fuzzies, and all the the excitement and romance of being deeply in love.

Real love is about wanting the very best for your marriage partner and putting his or her needs above your own.
But on the other hand real love is not total absorption in each other to the exclusion of anyone or anything else.

It is looking outward and moving forward in the same direction --together. Love makes burdens lighter, because you divide them.
It make joys more rewarding because you share them.
It makes you stronger so you can reach out and become involved with life in ways you may not dare to risk alone.
